We understand that people have reservations about buying and bidding on eBay. We
encourage you do to your homework on us; please look at our feedback: positive,
neutral and negative. We cannot boast a perfect feedback record and we cannot
assure you that every single transaction will go off without a hitch. We are
humans and make mistakes. THAT SAID- nobody can ever accuse us of not trying to
make it right. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. If something is not right,
