Condition

***Condition represents our opinion on the item up for auction. THE BEST WAY TO DETERMINE overall condition is to look at the pictures and ask any questions. The condition only represents an opinion, not fact!

1=useless or could only be used for spare bolts, parts, etc
2= very poor condition, would probably not be easily repairable
3=repairable but in bad condition
4=poor condition but easily repaired
5=moderate condition, all parts are functional and requires nothing to have them work. Will have obvious cosmetic flaws
6=moderate condition, will have a few cosmetic flaws but functionally or mechanically good.
7=good condition
8=very good condition
9=excellent condition, only very minor cosmetic flaws that prevent it from looking like new
10= either new or like new in every way.

Payment Methods

  • Online Bill Pay- pay your invoice FAST and easy to ensure immediate shipping (include link back to OBP module)

  • PayPal - Shipment will be made to your confirmed address or refunded for alternative acceptable methods listed below.

  • Visa and Master Card Credit and Debit Cards. We take Visa and Master Card payment by phone at 512-416-1800. Have your credit card handy and to expedite service, an item number or stock number is required.

  • Money Order or Cashier's Check - Shipment will be made to address provided with payment (also include your item number(s) with payment). If you fail to include the item # we will not know what item the payment is for or who it is going to.

  • BidPay - Shipment will be made to your confirmed BidPay address once check is received.

  • For combined shipments - You must obtain a combined S&H quote and make a single combined PayPal or money order payment for items to be shipped together. If using PayPal, this must be done manually using the "Send Money" link at www.paypal.com including all item numbers of items within the combined shipment.

Sales Tax & Fees

Texas Sales Tax - A 8.25% sales tax is applied to selling price of any item shipped within the state of Texas.

Shipping and Handling - In order to maintain excellent value for shipping, we will provide you with a quote prior to bidding if you require.
All shipping charges are ACTUAL shipping, we never charge a handling or surcharge fee except for USPS.

Shipping Methods

UPS (Default) - Used for Continental (48 US) States shipments - All services available (Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select, and Ground) - Additional charges apply to all shipments upgraded from UPS Ground.

FedEx option 1.

USPS Option 2. $5 Surcharge on top of actual shipping for any USPS shipment.

Delivery Times & Tracking Info

We ship all items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. PERSONAL CHECKS MUST CLEAR.

You will automatically receive a tracking number when the package is shipped. If you do not receive one, please email contact us.

Tracking numbers for UPS shipments will be sent to the buyer via email (PayPal email address or eBay email address depending on payment method).

How will your item be shipped?

  1. Item is cleaned, all components of the lot are secured with packing slip.
  2. Item(s) are wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch plastic sealed.
  3. Part is placed in a new box, and peanuts completely fill spaces.
  4. Box is shipped via your preferred method fully insured.

Tracking numbers for UPS or FedEx shipments will be sent to the buyer via email (PayPal email address or eBay email address depending on payment method).

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of auctions and associated selling fees, we do NOT accept returns for eBay auction items unless the incorrect item was shipped or the item is defective. In those instances where we do make mistakes we gladly and happily refund your money immediately.

  • 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Any purchase that is made where the buyer is not happy with our description or product, please contact us . Be sure to include the item number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the problem, and pictures. In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to understand the problem. Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.

  • If an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct/replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. If we cannot replace it a refund will be promptly issued.

  • In some cases, if within the Continental (48) US, a UPS return shipping label will be sent via email. It must be printed by you and placed on the return item. It will then need to be taken to a UPS drop-off location. Otherwise, reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded or free S&H on will be issued on your next order.

  • A Return to Inventory Authorization Number (RIA #) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted. Clearly write the RIA # issued on the outside of the box and include a copy of the emails concerning such return, as well as return shipping information.

  • Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns. If issued a UPS return label, proper insurance is included. All damage claims are the responsibility of the shipper at all times.

Items Damaged or Lost in Shipment

If you believe your item was damaged or lost in shipment, please contact us.

Insurance shipping claims vary depending on carrier. Please retain the box in which the damaged item was received. If an item is damaged or lost in , we can only ship out a replacement item once the shipping insurance claim is approved. This can take 4 to 6 weeks.

If your item has been damaged, we will start a claim with the shipping vendor once we have been notified of the problem. The Shipping vendor will pickup or inspect the package at your location. Details will be emailed to you once the claim has been filed.
